Dear Family and Friends of Eastview

Attached is the plan of services for April, May and June 2021.

We pray that our country will be spared any serious resurgence of restrictions due to Covid 19. In the meanwhile we are planning our services to resume as much as opportunity for worship as possible.

Family care is very important over this time. If you are gathering with loved ones, please remember to be careful by caring for each other. To those of you who will not be able to attend a service I share this little prayer for our Lord’s presence with you this Easter. (It is by Canon Edward Pusey):

O God, you manifested yourself in the breaking of bread to your disciples at Emmaus, grant us ever through the same Blessed Sacrament of your Presence to know you, and to love you more and more with all our hearts. Abide with us, abide in us, that we may ever abide in you; dwell in us that we may ever dwell in you, O good Jesus, God of our salvation.

As you pray this prayer to feel free to break bread.

We have had a few enquiries for the phone numbers of members. This is for folk who want to contact each other. This is a good time to communicate and make new friends. We can help you connect with each other.

Remember prayer support and counselling continues to be available.

If you are able to come to the open air service on Sunday morning, feel free to bring family and friends. It will be helpful if you bring some folding chairs, you may also wish to bring a small glass if you want your own for receiving communion. Your glass will be filled when you come forward to receive the elements. All the protocols will be strictly observed.

The Lord Bless and keep you all.

Paul
